4.5 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ph1win may apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, details of which are available upon request.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by ph1win are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry dates. 10.1 By ph1win. ph1win reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) ph1win suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) ph1win is required to do so by law or regulatory authority; or (d) ph1win decides to discontinue the Platform or any part thereof.
10.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of termination for cause may be forfeited. Where termination is not due to a breach by you, ph1win will return your account balance less any applicable fees.
10.3 By You. You may close your ph1win account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard procedures prior to account closure.
