12. Minors & Age Verification

The ph1win Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in compliance with Philippine law. ph1win does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age.

As part of the registration and KYC process, ph1win verifies the age of all players. If ph1win discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, it will immediately suspend the associated account, delete the personal data in question, and return any deposits made, with winnings forfeited.
